In a powerful gathering of advocates, changemakers, and mental health champions, the EBL Foundation proudly joined the launch of Purple Month 2025, held at the Ghana Shippers Authority Conference Room, Mt. Addico Hall, under the inspiring theme “Mental Well-being: My Voice Matters.”
As a sponsor of this transformative initiative, the EBL Foundation reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to promoting mental health awareness, financial literacy, and menstrual hygiene, the three pillars at the heart of its mission to empower women, youth, and families across Ghana.

The event served as a bold reminder that mental well-being is not a privilege, it is a right. Voices that are often silenced found space to be heard, as participants shared stories of resilience, healing, and hope. The atmosphere was filled with empathy, purpose, and a collective resolve to create a society where individuals feel safe to speak up, seek help, and receive support without stigma or judgement.
Speaking at the event, Lady Alma Pokua Adade Prempeh, Founder of the EBL Foundation, emphasized the importance of building safe spaces and stronger community support systems. She noted,
“Mental well-being is not a luxury, it is a right. We must all play our part in creating a society that listens and responds with compassion.”
For the EBL Foundation, supporting Purple Month 2025 went beyond sponsorship, it was an act of solidarity. The Foundation’s involvement reflects its belief that holistic empowerment includes mental health as a core component of personal and social growth. By backing initiatives like this, the Foundation continues to advance its vision of a society where every woman and young person can thrive and be financially independent, mentally resilient, and fully included.

As the Purple Month campaign unfolds, the EBL Foundation remains steadfast in its mission to amplify voices, expand awareness, and inspire collective action toward a more inclusive and mentally healthy Ghana.
Because our voices matter, together we can change lives.
